PlanREADY Names James Wright Vice President of Business Development and Marketing

MORGAN HILL, Calif. – November 5, 2007 – PlanREADY™, provider of the premier integrated solution for risk mitigation and comprehensive emergency preparedness, today announced that James Wright has joined the company as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. Mr. Wright is a strategic leader with more than 15 years of product management, marketing and sales management experience with both public and private technology companies including software, hardware and communications.

Most ecently, Mr. Wright was the Director of Marketing for the Protocol Solutions Group of LeCroy Corporation, where he was instrumental in increasing the group’s revenues by 60% and in helping it take a leadership position in storage and wireless segments. Prior to that, Mr. Wright was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Data Transit Corporation, where he architected a business development and branding strategy that grew the company by more than 500% in two years. It was during his tenure at Data Transit Corporation that Mr. Wright first met and worked with Dennis Evans, who became the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Wright was the Director of Strategic Business Development of Iomega during its growth period in the late 1990s.
